Trout + Scallop Dinner
Super simple, super delish!
1. Put some olive oil on the pan
2. Heat the pan on high heat
3. When it’s sufficiently heated, add some vegetable broth
4. Vegetable broth should be bubbling - put the trout and scallops on the pan
5. Cook the fish and scallop until the fish’s skin is crispy and the flesh is lighter pink, and the scallops lightly browned on the outside, flipping as necessary
6. Season with ground pepper
