&lt;p&gt;Lovely soup for chilly nights - it takes a little while and some effort, but its worth it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Soy bean paste (get some at Korean grocery stores)&lt;br/&gt;Soy sauce&lt;br/&gt;Kimchi juice&lt;br/&gt;Fish cake&lt;br/&gt;Green onion&lt;br/&gt;Onion&lt;br/&gt;Daikon radish&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Optional:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Shrimp&lt;br/&gt;Tofu&lt;br/&gt;Yam cake &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Steps&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;1. Bring water to boil in a pot.&lt;br/&gt;2. When it starts boiling, dilute some soy bean paste (put more if you don’t think it’s salty enough) and how many ever spoons of kimchi juice and soy sauce you’d like - this will be the base of the soup, so you decide how salty/bland you want it to be!&lt;br/&gt;3. Dice a quarter of a daikon radish and put it in the soup.&lt;br/&gt;4. Slice onions length-wise and put it in the soup.&lt;br/&gt;5. Put in the fish cake (if it was frozen, defrost it in water).&lt;br/&gt;6. Dice some green onion and put it in.&lt;br/&gt;7. If you wish, you may put in the optional ingredients as well.&lt;br/&gt;8. Boil until the daikon radish becomes translucent.&lt;br/&gt;9. Enjoy! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Steps&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;1. We joked about it almost everyday for a week, and I took it as merely a joke and I’d thought I’d Skype him again (as I do everyday) once I get back home from my exam. I shopped for a bit, picked up my new glasses, and roamed until I got a little tired so I headed back home… then guess who I saw on the steps in front of our place! With flowers! Smiling! I was really confused but in a good way. We spent lovely four days together and now he’s back in Toronto - and I’m visiting this time, leaving tomorrow at 10 in the morning.&lt;/p&gt;

Dice cucumber and celery and dump it into the bowl. &lt;br/&gt;4. On a piece of bread, lay a piece of lettuce and thinly sliced tomatoes.&lt;br/&gt;5. Mash what’s in the bowl until it looks well blended.&lt;br/&gt;6. Scoop some salad onto the bread that you prepared at step 4.&lt;br/&gt;7. When the chocolate is sufficiently melted, dip strawberries to your liking.&lt;br/&gt;3. Place them on a wax paper over a plate.&lt;br/&gt;4. Refrigerate until you can’t stand it. &lt;p&gt;My go-to easy dinner option.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Fusili pasta&lt;br/&gt;Tomato sauce&lt;br/&gt;Vegetable broth&lt;br/&gt;Cheese. Lots of cheese. (I used lots of havarti and bit of parmesan)&lt;br/&gt;Olive oil &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Steps&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;1. Boil water in a pot and cook the pasta. 10 minutes should suffice.&lt;br/&gt;2. Prepare the sauce - olive oil, some vegetable broth (depending on how watery you like your sauce), tomato sauce in a pan, stir and stir and stir some more.&lt;br/&gt;3. Add as much cheese as you want in the sauce - just melt it thoroughly into the sauce.&lt;br/&gt;4. Add the pasta to the sauce.&lt;br/&gt;5. Stir until all the pasta is all nicely covered in the sauce.&lt;br/&gt;6. Eat! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Trout fillet&lt;br/&gt;Scallops&lt;br/&gt;Olive oil&lt;br/&gt;Vegetable broth&lt;br/&gt;Ground pepper &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Steps&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;1. Put some olive oil on the pan&lt;br/&gt;2. Heat the pan on high heat&lt;br/&gt;3. When it’s sufficiently heated, add some vegetable broth&lt;br/&gt;4. Vegetable broth should be bubbling - put the trout and scallops on the pan&lt;br/&gt;5. Cook the fish and scallop until the fish’s skin is crispy and the flesh is lighter pink, and the scallops lightly browned on the outside, flipping as necessary&lt;br/&gt;6. Season with ground pepper&lt;br/&gt;7.
